Auditorium and Meeting Rooms
Whether it’s a formal presentation for a hall full of delegates or an intimate business meeting, your event can take place in comfort and style at St John’s. The Auditorium seats 197, and has a full complement of audio-visual equipment.
The Auditorium has an adjacent Reception Room which can be used for morning and afternoon refreshments as well as buffet lunches. This area is also ideal for poster board presentations. The Auditorium and Reception Room are joined by a foyer, which provides a registration/office area.
The Dining Hall
St John's impressive Dining Hall dates to the 16th century. Its portrait-lined walls and glistening table settings create an enchanting atmosphere. The more informal Sir Thomas White dining room is also available for groups of under 40.
The College Bar
The College Bar is situated in the newer Sir Thomas White Building and is open during normal licensing hours with extensions to midnight by arrangement. It serves a comprehensive range of beers, wines and spirits, plus coffee, tea and soft drinks.
Common Room
This is next to the College Bar and is open at all times. Comfortable seating and low tables make this a good place to relax.
