Limited Edition John Owens Etchings

John Owens (Modern History, 1952) was awarded the Lawrence Binyon Prize whilst a student at St John's, and has been a keen artist for several decades. Mainly working in the medium of etching, he has created three limited edition prints for the College.

John draws from observation on the spot, etches on to copper, and finally prints his work by hand. He never prints more than 50 impressions from one plate. These etchings measure 20.5cm x 29.5cm and have been numbered and signed by the artist. John has kindly agreed to donate all the proceeds of each sale to the College's Alumni Fund.
