Decision making processes and records of decisions
Decisions are made by, or ratified by, Governing Body, which meets around 12 times a year. Committees of Governing Body meet from time to time, or once or twice a term, to prepare recommendations to Governing Body, or to take decisions on matters delegated to them by Governing Body.
