Interests and Activities: I enjoy early morning runs and have a passion for writing poetry and short stories. I read for pleasure and my interests range from English classics to political biographies. I am greatly interested in promoting education in third world countries and to that effect have cofounded an organization that arranges video conferencing lectures from students in the UK to NGO-run schools in Pakistan.
Career Aspirations: Academia, development, business, consulting or banking.
Favourite thing about SJC: During my three years at St John’s, I have had the opportunity to meet some of the most interesting and idiosyncratic individuals. What I enjoy most about St John’s is the mesh of brilliance: each individual is gifted in his or her own way and they all come together to form the most interesting community I have ever been a part of.
How can alumni support help the College? One of the major ways that alumni can support the College is through financial donations. Alumni can also provide students at the College with career guidance and summer work opportunities.
