Visual Art

- St. John's Mummers organises at least one in-college production per term, be it a full scale drama, comedy revue or Christmas panto. There is always money available for smaller independent projects - SJCM is one of the richest college drama societies in Oxford! As well as all things actively thesp, the Mummers organise college trips to the theatre in Oxford, as well as London.
Music
- St Anne's and St John's Orchestra (SASJO) is a non-auditioned orchestra which rehearses Tuesday evenings during term in the Auditorium.
- The Chapel Choir sing evensong twice a week, and give a full-length concert at least once per term.
- The Kendrew Concert series brings internationally renowned musicians to college 5-6 times a year. Fully funded, the concerts are held free of charge, and have included artists such as Imogen Cooper (piano), the Michelangelo Quartet, and the Guarneri Trio Prague.
- Chamber concerts are organized by the Music Society and individual students throughout the year.
- The President, Sir Michael Scholar, is himself an accomplished musician (organ) and regularly hosts a "President's evening" in the lodgings on a Sunday evening where talented musicians, often from within the college, are invited to perform.
