In the over 450 years of St John’s history, bequests, large and small, from the alumni, Fellows and friends of the College have played an important role in helping St John’s become the strong institution it is today.

Legacies remain vitally important and we seek your support.  Your gift can do wonderful things at St John’s: preserving the College and at the same time transforming the lives of tomorrow’s students.  With the gift of a legacy, you have the opportunity to help us realise bold initiatives and continue our leadership in Oxford and in higher education around the world.  As St John’s is a charity, your gift is free from inheritance tax.
