Transcripts
A transcript is an official summary of your academic performance and progress to date. It will only include final marks confirmed by the appropriate Examination Board. All students who commenced their studies on, or after, Michaelmas Term 2007, will automatically receive one copy of their final transcript from the Examination and Assessments section of the University upon completing their degree. This will be sent to the 'home address' listed in your Student Self-Service account.
Students who have received a central automated transcript from Examinations & Assessments are able to request further copies. The University can also provide 'on course' transcripts for students who have yet to complete their studies.
Students who commenced their studies prior to Michaelmas Term 2007 may request a statement giving details of dates of attendance, degree course(s), examinations taken, marks achieved and degree class (if applicable). To do this, please email the College Office. If you would like copies sent to someone other than you, i.e. the institution to which you are applying, please provide details of this in your email.
Please allow seven working days when requesting your statement.
