Nexus 365 information
The Nexus365 project will upgrade the centrally managed email and calendaring service (that is part of the Nexus service provided by IT Services) to the hosted cloud-based Microsoft Office 365 service. Users will also have access to a number of other Office 365 applications including OneDrive for Business, Skype for Business, Groups, Teams, and Delve. The new service will be called Nexus365.
When your email is migrated to Nexus 365 you may need to make some changes to the email settings on your computer, phone or tablet to access the new system. All your existing emails will have been copied across by IT Services.
IT Services have a web page about the migration and how it will affect you at: https://help.it.ox.ac.uk/nexus365/move-change-me

If using Nexus 365 email via the web interface (e.g. OWA/Webmail) you may want to change the default reply setting from "Reply to All" to just "Reply (to sender)". This can help with information security and avoiding accidentally replying to a large number of people.
