St John’s seeks to maintain a lifelong association with its alumni. Please use this form to let us know how to keep in touch with you after you have left College. 

Everyone who completes the form will be sent a limited edition St John's College mug.

All data will be securely held on the University of Oxford alumni database, DARS.

N.B. If you are a postgraduate who has not yet submitted your final project, please rest assured that completion of this form will not mean the College assumes that you have completed your studies.
