Terms of Agreement

Many of the volumes in the working library of Robert Graves are protected by copyright law. For publications those publications, we can only provide images of one chapter/article or 5%. The images provided will be in low-res (snapshot) quality and strictly for private study/ research and not for academic or commercial publication (print or electronic) of any kind. St John’s College is not the copyright owner of the material and supply of images must not be understood as a permission to publish quotes from the images supplied or permission to publish the images themselves.

By filling in this form you must to declare that you

• will not use the image(s) supplied except for private study/ research and will not supply a copy of the image(s) to any other person
• agree to abide by UK copyright legislation and understand that you, and not St John's College, will bear full legal responsibility if any image supplied is used in a way that infringes copyright
• agree to obtain publication permission of the relevant current copyright holder for any kind of publication (print or electronic)
