Exciting new role available within Access and Admissions Office

The Access Lead will be responsible for college access output, including managerial responsibilities and working with Oxford for South East

This role will involve developing the College’s access activities, from managing school visits and running admissions workshops to travelling across the UK on outreach roadshows to schools in our link regions. A key aspect of the job will be building relationships with other Colleges in the Oxford for South East consortium and working collaboratively to provide the best possible experience to schools in the South East. The Access Lead will also be responsible for managing the STEM Associate and a group of student ambassadors, making this the perfect role for a candidate with some management experience who is looking to further their skills.

The role is based in a friendly and supportive office and there is potential for the right person to take an active role in shaping the College’s future access operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for higher education, as well as some knowledge of access and outreach at Oxford or another HE institution.
