St John's College Oxford
St John's College is seeking to appoint one Junior Dean to work with the Senior Dean and three current Junior Deans.

This is a two-year appointment, starting on 1 October 2018 and is open to registered graduate students of the University of Oxford.

The primary duty of the Junior Deans is to support the Senior Dean in relation to student welfare and discipline, working no more than 15 hours per week during term time. The position requires a mature person with good judgement, discretion and an ability to relate to people at all levels. 

The Junior Dean will receive a stipend of £2,827 p.a. and a small entertainment allowance. College accommodation in a single, furnished room is provided free of charge as are meals when the College kitchens are open. Junior Deans are required to be in residence during full term time.
