The Crosswinds return to the auditorium for a concert of chamber music featuring woodwind, strings and piano.

This concert of woodwind chamber music will include movements from Ludwig van Beethoven's septet and Louise Farrenc's nonet for strings and wind, as well as Bohuslav Martinů's remarkable ballet for six instruments, La Revue de Cuisine.

The programme will last around one hour.

The Crosswinds are a group of instrumentalists formed in 2021, bringing their love of chamber music to the community at neighbouring St Cross College. The ensemble features St John's Supernumerary Teaching Fellow Dr Nick Jones on bassoon with friends from across the University of Oxford and beyond.
