St John's College Oxford

Virtual Open Day for EU and UK Physics students

We encourage students of any nationality to apply to study Physics at Oxford. This event is a chance for prospective EU or UK students to ask questions about the Oxford Physics course at St John’s, the student experience, or funding for EU and EEA students.

Two panels of experts will answer your questions in two videos that will be released on Facebook.
Please submit your questions via email before Friday 15 June.

The answers of the EU and UK panels will be released on Facebook on Wednesday 20 June. If you have any follow-up questions after seeing the videos please let us know on the same day using the Facebook video comments feature, and we will try to answer.

The EU panel will consist of:

  • Dr Sandra Campbell (Tutor for Admissions, St John’s College)
  • Alice Parrott (Student Recruitment Officer - UK and Europe, University of Oxford)
  • Martin Tat (Second year Physics student)
  • Professor Tony Weidberg (Physics tutor, St John’s College)

The UK panel will consist of:

  • Dr Sandra Campbell (Tutor for Admissions, St John’s College)
  • Caitlin French (2nd year physics student)
  • Sparshita Dey (3rd year physics student)
  • Professor Tony Weidberg (Physics tutor, St John’s College)
