The Macintosh Medal is awarded to the candidate with the highest score in the examinations for the Fellowship of the Royal College of Anaesthetists. Many congratulations to Daniel, who works in Cambridge.

As an undergraduate in 2009, Daniel published a first authored paper in Cerebral Cortex, Neurovascular congruence during cerebral cortical development, on the evidence for interaction between the developing circulatory and nervous systems in the developing brain.

Daniel is seen here extinguishing the candles at his Schools Dinner in 2010.
