Celebrating Diversity Exhbition posterThe College's Working Group on Race and Equality met during 2020/21 to learn more of the lived experiences of our St John’s BAME community. This exhibition is one of the outcomes of the Working Group, offering an opportunity to shine a light on – and give voice to – members of our staff, students and alumni. Robert Taylor’s fifteen black-and-white portraits are unveiled in this new exhibition. His vision of the College’s ethnic diversity, and the sensitive dialogue into which he entered with the sitters, give us a set of images and voices that offer us much to reflect on. An accompanying booklet will be available for the exhibition.

An exhibition of images from the St John's and the Colonial Past project will sit alongside the 'Celebrating Diversity' portraits.

The exhbition is open from 11.00–18.00 daily. You can also view the exhibition online here.
