The Development and Alumni Relations Office is delighted to invite you to our next online event organised by the SJC Women's Network: 'Effective Professional Practice in Academia: The Role of Social Capital and the Lived Experience of Women in Academia', presented by Professor Margaret (Mags) Watson.
Mags Watson is the founder of Watson Research and Training Ltd and Professor of Health Services Research and Pharmacy Practice at the University of Strathclyde. She is the author of Women in Academia: Achieving Our Potential, an exploration of scholars' experiences and aspirations in higher education. Her work combines research, reflection, and practice to promote equity and opportunity across academic life and to support others in realising their professional and personal potential. Through her writing and consultancy, she continues to foster more inclusive and empowering academic environments.
