Dr Michael Hurst

The College is sad to announce the death of Dr Michael Hurst, former Emeritus Fellow, on 28 August after a long illness.

Dr Hurst, F.R.Hist.S., FRGS, FRSA, was Fellow and Lecturer in Modern History and Politics from 1961. In 1972 he was appointed to a Supernumerary Fellowship until his retirement in 1998.
