Professor Andrew Parker to give the Physiological Society's G.L. Brown Prize Lecture
In 1975 The
Physiological Society established this Prize Lecture in memory of Professor Sir George Lindor Brown (1903–71),
an English Physiologist and Fellow of the Royal Society. The lectures play an important role in the Society's
commitment to advancing and promoting the physiological sciences and
recognising outstanding achievements in the discipline.
Professor Parker will give a series of
peripatetic lectures this year and, subject to the agreement of the Editorial
Board, his lecture will be published in Experimental Physiology.
