Biography
As head chef of the SCR kitchen, I oversee all the catering for the fellows and the President at St John’s. My team is responsible for all senior common room lunches and high table dinners, along with the afternoon teas and providing any catering for private functions in the SCR. We also provide for functions in the President's lodgings.
