Jennie Bumfrey

As Head of Human Resources I am responsible for all HR matters for academic and non-academic staff throughout the employment life cycle. I lead on all people related activities at the College and hold responsibility for the People Strategy including training and development, recruitment, enhancing performance, empowering and supporting people, and policy development. I joined the college in May 2024, having previously worked in the University of Oxford for fifteen years.
