Nicholas Hawkins
Biography
As Head Chef for the Kendrew Café, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen at St John’s. My team is responsible for:
- Providing student lunches during term time.
- Offering lunch service to remaining students and staff outside of term.
- Providing informal dinner service for staff and students during busy periods.
- Catering for events at 21 St Giles, The Barn, and the B24 events room.
