Apprentice Chef

We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Chef, with a passion for preparing fresh food to a high standard, to join our brigade of chefs. The successful applicant will be highly motivated and conscientious. Good communication skills are essential.

This is a fixed-term contract for 3 years. You will be enrolled on to the Commis Chef Level 2 for the first year with potential progression on to a higher level programme. This will involve attending the Oxford City College one day per week.

Hours of work are 40 per week on a 5-days-out-of-7 basis, including evenings and weekends, on straight and split shifts.
