Bainton Road Nursery Rated Outstanding

Many congratulations to all the team at Bainton Road Nursery, whose inspiring and passionate work has been recently commended by Ofsted. Inspector Clare Perry's report (available here) highlights that the nursery mangers and staff 'place children at the heart of anything they do to ensure that their needs always come first', noting that 'children thrive in this caring, dedicated' environment.

Behaviour at the nursery was described as 'exemplary', with children observed eagerly supporting their peers during outdoor play, reflecting the nursery's emphasis on kindness and collaboration.

The partnership between nursery staff and parents was also praised as being 'exceptionally strong'. Parents described the nursery as 'part of their extended family', with managers actively involving families in celebrating the diverse cultures represented within the nursery community, as well as encouraging children to take home stories to share with their parents.
