Welcome Week
The Welcome Week timetable will be made available here as soon as possible.
Matriculation
All students who have not studied at the University of Oxford previously will need to attend matriculation on Saturday 17 October. More details will be made available here as soon as possible.
Academic Dress
Academic Dress, known as sub fusc, and gowns are worn for matriculation, graduation, examinations, and other important events.
You should purchase an Undergraduate Gown (sometimes known as a Commoners Gown) and a set of sub fusc. Please read this guide about what you will need to buy.
Further information can be found on this page of the University’s website. Please note that requirements are strict; it is likely that your socks will be checked to ensure they are plain black.

College Handbook
The College Handbook can be found on the Academic Office webpage. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with its contents as it forms part of your contract with the College. It is updated each summer, and students are alerted as any changes are made
IT Information

College Welfare Talk

Disability Support
If you have a disability or long-term health condition, we will want to support you. Please read the information on this page and follow the instructions to register with the University’s Disability Advisory Service.

Right to Study Checks
If you are not a UK or Irish citizen, we will need to undertake a Right to Study Check before you can be enrolled. You will receive an email with further details about this if it applies to you. You will need to electronically provide a scan of your passport, and details about your visa / immigration status.
