If you are registered one of our Inspire Programmes (Critical Thinking, Scholars, Year 12 & Year 13) or are attending a Year 12 virtual Study Day, we may be able to help by providing item(s) to support effective digital working. The item(s) you receive will depend on your personal requirements to work effectively from home.

Your responses to this form will give us the details we need to check if you are eligible for any digital support item(s). Once we have received and checked your details, we will contact you to confirm whether you are eligible to receive item(s) to support your home working and, if so, which item(s) we can offer you.

We will email you to confirm when the item(s) have arrived, and you should arrange collection from your school, or follow the instructions enclosed to confirm receipt.

Digital support item(s) cannot be awarded retrospectively, and you may claim this Award only once.
