Progress continues on the lodge refurbishment work, with plastering, electrical installations and pipework all being carried out this week.

Work is continuing on the entrance archway, the electrical installation, plaster repairs and the stud partitions. Work has also started on the 1st fix pipework and extract ducting.

Blockwork piers have been put in place to support the new stone archway that will provide an entrance to the Lodge, and more of the existing structure here has been removed.

Plastering has been carried out to the new works and existing plaster has been restored in the student post room and parcel room.

The floor slab has been reinstated following M&E service installations and existing stud wall positions.

Existing plasterboard in the lodge area has been removed ready for 1st fix electrics, with existing cabling due to be rationalised and any redundant services removed.
