The second archway into the new lodge is nearing completion, and work continues on interiors of rooms including the welfare room and student post room

Progress on the second archway continues - the second course of stone is complete, with the third now underway. New block piers have been installed to support the stone, like for the first archway.

The welfare ceiling area has been prepared to receive lining paper. The existing lining paper has been cut back where it has failed and has been overfilled. A coat of paint has then been applied to ensure that no more of the existing paper will fail when the new lining paper is installed.

The lime-based screed for the front lobby area has arrived.

Removal of the existing concrete floor structure has continued, to accommodate new floor ducts for electrics and to form the upstand at the front of the desk to take the new stonework plinth.

Installation of the student post room joinery is underway.
