Work inside and outside the Lodge continues, with installation and repairs on the inside spaces being the main focus of this week's work

At the Porters' Lodge we're continuing to carry out plaster repairs to the walls, electrical installation, work on the entrance archway, repairs to panelling, and setting out for the office. 

Continuing the work on the archway that will provide the new entrance to the Lodge, the stone surround of the archway has begun to be installed. 

Lath repairs are set to receive new lime plaster, and we have started the wood panelling repairs to the student post room and parcel room. 

Mock-up partitions have also been installed, to aid the joinery design in the reception area.
